About
I am passionate about working to fill the gaps.
Currently, my main interests in the field of psychedelics center around expanding opportunities for transdisciplinary research between clinical psychology, nursing, and medical anthropology. I am also very interested in expanding both research partnerships and training opportunities to include more colleagues and providers in the Global South, something without which I feel the movement will be missing vital elements and insights.
My training in the fields of socio-medical anthropology and nursing in the US and abroad have allowed me to consider and believe in the fundamental importance of bringing non-traditional frameworks to Western research methodology, all the more relevant as we move forwards in a discipline that has the potential to reset a system of healthcare that has lost its dynamism. I am excited to be a part of not only the future of psychedelic medicine and research, but also help herald a new age of health and global wellness.
